Still having problems

Ive had this app now for 3 weeks and still cant get it to work right!! I have a iPhone 5 and I do have the problem that was address with your pro ver which I payed for and still find the phone will not ring?? I did what the instructions said about making sure the lock is off but still will not work :-( I will wait for a patch fix I guess.
